Pam has a passion for educating and inspiring youth! She has vast knowledge and 20 plus years experience in leadership, psychology, and education making her a highly valuable resource!

Pam’s passion for a positive culture and success is contagious. I love hearing her speak on stage. She is captivating and heartfelt! You can feel the energy and compassion in the room.

Pam is one of those people whose true purpose in life is to help others find their peace and find their way. Pam is a holistic listener - she doesn't just hear your words...she hears your emotion, she sees it on your face, she watches you carry the weight of a situation physically and she feels it with you. Pam is able to crawl inside your head with you, then grabs your hand and helps you navigate your way to clarity. Pam has helped me find my center, my direction and my purpose many times, both personally and professionally as a strong female in a "man's world". Most importantly, Pam has taught me critical life skills, such as how to compartmentalize and see a situation for what it is in order to most effectively deal with it. I owe much of my personal and professional growth to Pam and I encourage anyone, but particularly any female who is struggling to own their value and their awesomeness to work with Pam. It will change your life.

Through Pam’s interactions, she has taught me the power of caring for others. Her openness and understanding is pure within itself. Most importantly, Pam has shown me how to confidently trust the fact that I am worthy and capable of everything. The knowledge, selflessness, determination, and pure love that Pam displays is something that I wish to develop and be able to pass down to future generations. It’s individuals like Pam who make this world a better place to live.
