Pamela Velasquez is a visionary leader, executive coach, and founder of Courage Ignited Leadership Academy, a professional development company that empowers individuals, teams, and organizations to unlock their full potential and achieve lasting success. With over two decades of experience in leadership, coaching, and mentoring, Pam has worked with thousands of individuals, guiding them to embrace their unique strengths and step into their leadership power.
Before founding Courage Ignited Leadership Academy, Pam served as the General Manager of Woodward Business Units, overseeing Woodward West (CA) and Woodward Camp (PA), where she led business and operational strategies, managed a $20MM budget, and impacted over 12,000 youth and families annually. In addition to her leadership roles, she has a strong background in executive coaching, focusing on helping clients break through barriers, develop their leadership skills, and elevate their teams and organizations.
Pam is a CliftonStrengths coach, certified Hypnotherapist, and a practitioner specializing in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), offering a holistic approach to leadership development. She currently serves as the Chief People Officer & EVP of Operations for Special Olympics Pennsylvania (SOPA), where she is dedicated to fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
Her upcoming book, Confident and Capable — Breaking Down Barriers to Ignite Courage and Inspire Action, reflects her mission to help individuals overcome self-doubt and unlock their full potential to become the leaders they are meant to be.
